Concluding the Unit on Healthy Choices

This week, we officially closed the unit and ended it with a reflection on our lifestyle and coming up with suggestions on lifestyle changes. Grade 1s came up with posters showing effects of healthy and unhealthy choices to our body. They worked together in teams. They shared responsibilities and were very enthusiastic to bring up their ideas. Their posters came out well. The messages they wanted to share to the audience are all clear and evident.

After asking their family members about their lifestyle, Grade 1s came up with some suggestions for the family to adapt or apply. These suggestions were chosen by them based on their understanding of what healthy hoices are and what unhealthy choices can do to us. They will go home today to share them with you. Please take time to look at them and reflect on them with your child.
